Bengal Tiger

Hello bloggers. Oh my goodness what happened to the weather here, its back to winter. On Thursday it was sunny, lovely and warm and on Friday it was so cold that we had huge hailstones showers. Today its still cold. Anyway here is the birthday card for a male friend.
Sorry I can't remember where I got this freebie tiger image from, coloured with prismas and cut out shape then matted onto black cardstock, paper and cardstock.  The sentiment is computer generated. Took me a few attempts to get the shading right, eventually took out a very old book called 'My zoo picture book'  till I'm happy with it.

September calendar

Hello buddies. While waiting hopefully for the sun to come round to take a photo of the challenge card I made this morning. The glorious day we had yesterday did'nt last as today the frost is back.
I found a fantastic tutorial with prismas on kraft in Mary's blog so I had some scraps of kraft left and thought I'll have a go. I had this tilda with wooden spoon for a little while and had not been stamped so I decided stamped her. I am quite pleased with it and add to my monthly calendar. Here is the result.

I'll be back later with another card. Bye for now.
